Every group training session is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you burn the maximum fat and tone your muscles.
We modify our workout programs to fit your individual fitness goals and fitness level. Whether you're new to working out or you're an experienced fitness guru, our coaches will help modify every workout so that you'll achieve your goals.
Our workouts are done in a dynamic group setting which dramatically increases your odds of success through group accountability and an addictive atmosphere of fun and community. Plus, this empowers you to get personal-training-level results for only a fraction of what it would normally take to hire a 1-on-1 personal trainer.

Although many people for work out are so they can “eat whatever they want,” for the vast majority who want to get leaner, stronger, fitter, toner, more ripped, or simply overall healthier, nutrition is hands down the most important part of their equation.
Each body is different, and exact percentages, macronutrients and energy intake will be different. We’re here to guide you and educate you on the proper nutrition required to achieve your fitness goals.

Our CIRCLE extends far beyond the four walls of boot camp. We support your success through team accountability to stay on track with your goals. Our nutrition coaching shows you how to eat to achieve your goals without disrupting your lifestyle, and smart goal-setting and workout adjustments that make sure your body is constantly getting stronger, leaner, healthier, and more energized!

DETAILS & SCHEDULE
Participants will choose one of the following class block times to participate in class up to 3 times per week:
Block A: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:00am
Block B: Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 8:30am.
Miss a class? Workout from home or use your 24 hour gym pass to complete your workout! No excuses!
Each participant will schedule an appointment with Coach Summer to gather their before photos and body composition assessments (includes body fat percentage, muscle percentage and body weight). This information will be used to calculate your personalized nutrition plan.
