Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers. All classes are available at no additional cost to our unlimited class members.

Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movement! A program that combines strength training and barbell/dumbbell cycling with metcons (a.k.a. metabolic conditioning). The constantly varied programming is designed so that you will never get bored, and more importantly, never hit any plateaus! Suitable for ALL fitness levels ages 10-99.

Olympic Skills Class

Tuesdays
7pm

This class focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk and other related lifts. This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency and coordination. It improves explosiveness, power, and a better baseline for Olympic lifts. This class is designed for all fitness levels.

Gymnastic Strength Class

Wednesdays

Having a solid base in gymnastics skills is still sure to carry over into many other aspects of life, including cross-training. If you're wondering how to build that base, join us in the Gymnastics Strength Class designed to strengthen areas of weakness that include, kipping pull ups and hand stand pushups, ring dips, muscle ups, toes to bar, hand stand walk and rope climbs.

Move Better Mobility Class

Thursdays

This class illuminates common movement errors that can cause musculoskeletal dysfunction and rob you of speed, power, endurance, and strength. Whether you are a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply someone wanting to live, this class will teach you how to maintain your body and harness your genetic potential. Each week will teach you how to use certain tools (i.e. foam rollers, lacrosse balls, strength bands, voodoo bands, etc.) to improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your athletic potential, decrease injury, reduce inflammation/pain and feel better.
