Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movement! A program that combines strength training and barbell/dumbbell cycling with metcons (a.k.a. metabolic conditioning). The constantly varied programming is designed so that you will never get bored, and more importantly, never hit any plateaus! Suitable for ALL fitness levels ages 10-99.


DECISIONS BARBELL
6:30pm or 10am (TBA)

This is a one-hour class that focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk, and related lifts. This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency, and coordination with Olympic lifting and other related lifts. Improve explosiveness, power, and a better baseline for your Olympic lifts and improve your performance during classes.


DECISIONS HERO

SUNDAY
11:00 AM

A Hero WOD (workout of the day) is a tribute to a fallen first responder or member of the military who died while serving honorably in the line of duty. When a service member dies in the line of duty, a CrossFit hero workout is created in their name. We gather on Sundays to honor those fallen heros. Free to all Decisions CrossTrain members.
